By the time you read this blog, I will (hopefully) be in sunny Sorrento! I am writing this while wrapped in cosy blankets and fluffy slippers. Hasn’t it been cold and wet in the UK?
I’m taking a holiday with a girlfriend, leaving the gorgeous husband in charge of our two dogs and five chickens. I’m also hoping he might do a few of the messier jobs while I’m away. Fingers crossed!
My friend and I took the plunge last year and had a wonderful break in Kefalonia. We’ve known each other for a long time, lived in different countries because of our respective husband’s jobs, but had never been away together. It was a huge success; reading, relaxing, swimming, sunbathing and plenty of eating. So, we are doing it again, this time in Italy.
I’m sure I’ll be posting photos of our trip on Instagram and Facebook. Of course, my website will be open while I’m away, so please continue to support my little business. I will acknowledge each purchase and post it out when I return early in July.
I’m never far away though, thanks to social media and my website; which will all continue as normal. Well as normal as possible; always thinking of the dreaded algorithm!
