1947 Dried Milk Tin

I have had these tins before, but never one in such fantastic condition. From the 1940’s when war rations were in place this tin contained the equivalent of 7pints of milk  with vitamin D added. I can’t get the lid open as I don’t want to force it but a lovely piece for a kitchen display or collector. Measures 7ins tall x 4.5ins diameter.
