Small Antique Transferware Dish

There is a makers mark on the base of this very buttery stained covered dish, but I can’t quite make it out. It is possibly French. Cute and well loved with all its imperfections, but I love that. Use it as intended; there is a gap for a spoon.  Or plant up with little indoor flowering bulbs. Measures 7.5ins wide x 5ins tall.
